NHC Summary

Invest(igate) area 95L is over the eastern Atlantic.

The environment for strengthening of this storm looks fairly good over the next few days. 

However, a progressive pattern of shortwaves crossing the northern U.S. over the next week seem fated to steer this system out into the open Atlantic.
